If you run a convection vaporizer such as the Arizer Solo 3 or Mighty+, the standard or coarse plate is likely the better fit for your airflow requirements.

How to Install the SS XL Fine Plate
Disassemble your SS XL grinder and lift out the existing screen plate from the grinder body. Press the Fine Plate firmly into position — no tools required.
