In this vaporizer review, we’ll be doing this a little bit out of the traditional way, and we will be going over some of the Mighty Vaporizer’s best features, the public’s favourite parts of the Mighty, and two different ways you can vape wax with this awesome vaporizer.
The Mighty Vaporizer by Storz & Bickel
First of all, I’d like to mention how exciting it is that the new 2019 Mighty model is finally out and for sale on your’s truly Herbalize Store. It is a very similar model to the Crafty vaporizers, but it has a couple of keen differences that set it apart from many other vaporizers.
This portable vape is the perfect size to take with you on any of your fun adventures, be it in public or not, because it is large enough to store an amazing battery, but it is also small enough to easily conceal and carry any time.

I personally love the shape and look of this vaporizer because it looks hefty, it’s pretty heavy duty, and it just suits any occasion perfectly. I wouldn’t say it’s a fashion statement, but it is definitely a great vaporizer to have thanks to its durability and longevity.
The outer shell of this vaporizer is made from high quality high, resistance plastic, and has a great matte black finish which gives it an elegant look, while still remaining a hefty and useable vaporizer.
I think that this choice of durable plastic is one of the best ways to go, since it will stay looking great the whole time you have it, despite any mishaps or clumsiness (yes, I’m unfortunately quite clumsy; but this vaporizer has withstood the ultimate clumsiness test!).
This Mighty vaporizer has an amazing battery, as I mentioned before. The unit is powered by not one, but two high quality lithium ion batteries which are very long lasting, and help to heat up the product inside at really high speeds, which is quite nice.
It also lasts an exceptionally long time considering that you only have to charge it for around 120 minutes for it to be fully charged.
Not to mention, this model has an “auto shut off” system in place, which comes into play after 2 minutes of inactivity. This is a really great feature because it saves a lot of battery power, and it keeps everything nice and crisp.
Also, I just love that all you have to do to reanimate the vaporizer is press a button and not go charge it because you forgot to turn it off. Quite nice, really.
The heating chamber on this awesome model is made from high quality stainless steel, and is a convection/conduction hybrid, providing ultra quick and effective heating and vaporizing powers.
I love that Storz & Bickel thought of putting both these heating methods into this one model, because it allows the herb or wax to heat up in no time, and it makes it easy to get all the goodies out of my product.
Also, I’d like to mention the Mighty’s cooling system. It is a great addition to this portable vape, because since the dual lithium ion battery does put out a substantial amount of heat, it is really nice and refreshing to get a cool hit of vape; and that is all thanks to the advanced no glass cooling system in place.
Use Your Wax Two Ways with the Mighty
As you may know, you can vape both dry herb and wax concentrates with the Mighty. This is a feature which many vaporizers have, but not all execute as well as the Mighty does.
The mighty puts two different mechanisms or chambers in place for optimal vaping experience and ultimate vapour quality. Below, I’ll tell you about the two different methods you can use to vape wax:
- The Liquid Pad Method
The Mighty portable vaporizer comes with what they call the Liquid Pad, which is essentially a pad or filter where you can directly place your “wax pancake”, load is into the chamber, and begin to vape it.
I like this because it is specifically designed to heat up your whole dab, and you can really get the best out of your wax with this method.
I do recommend setting your temperature, and while you wait for the vaporizer to heat up, to make your wax pancake (meaning a flat, circular shaped dab), to put it right on top of your Liquid Pad, and then to load it into the chamber once the vaporizer reaches the desired temperature.
Following this method will make it so that the vape begins to heat up instantly, and you can therefore get a loaded hit the first time.
- The Dry Herb Bed Method
Many of you whom have smoked herb and dabs before there were any vaporizers may know this method well. In this case, this method mainly consist of laying down a layer of dry herb into your main chamber (preferably on a screen), then laying a wax pancake on the dry herb, then topping that all off with another layer of dry herb.
This mainly creates a little wax oven, and allows you to smoke both wax and dry herb at the same time. The best part is that you can get the best of both worlds with this method, because you get concentrates and high density hits, but you also get the flavour and full spectrum aspects of the dry herb.
So, for me, depending on my mood, I like to choose this method (especially with my Mighty vape) because I can get more THC with less hits, and it also tastes really great.
Final Thoughts
The best part of this is that you can use both of these methods with one singular, amazing, reliable vaporizer. The Mighty give you options, and that’s what I like about it. It is versatile because you can smoke 2 forms of herb in it (dry herb and wax), but you can also vaporize both at the same time without any hesitation.
Let me say also that vaping wax with the Mighty is proudly comparable to smoking wax with a wax-only vaporizer, and I really couldn’t tell the difference at all.
The liquid pad is a great feature, and the fact that you can also use the dry herb bed method with this vaporizer are two great pros in my opinion, and they make me love the Mighty even more than I originally did.
The Mighty really makes it easy for its users to go about their day, and to vape according to their moods and preferences, and that is just one of the many reasons the Mighty is a unique vaporizer on the market today.
